These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ingress IT Solutions (doing business as Ingress IT Services, "Ingress," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at ingressits.com and all associated pages, content, features, and digital properties (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Ingress name, logo, tagline, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks or service marks of Ingress IT Solutions. No right, title, or interest in any Site content or Ingress intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your access to or use of the Site. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written authorization, except that you may print or download a single copy of individual pages for your personal, non-commercial reference.
Any information, materials, or communications you transmit to us through the Site, including through contact forms, scheduling tools, or email links ("Submissions"), are considered non-confidential as between you and Ingress, except to the extent expressly governed by a separate executed confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement. By submitting information through the Site, you represent that you have the right to share such information and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party obligation.
We will handle personal information included in your Submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose proprietary business information you share with us in the course of a bona fide engagement inquiry to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By providing your mobile phone number to Ingress IT Services, you consent to receive 1-to-1 service-related text messages from us, including but not limited to project updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, support ticket status, document requests, and secure updates on active engagements. Message frequency varies based on the nature and stage of your engagement, typically about 2–4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply START at any time to resume receiving messages.

Privacy: Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Phone numbers are used solely for service-related communications between Ingress IT Services and the individual client. Providing consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services from Ingress.

INGRESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. INGRESS MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THE SITE.

Ingress reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defense.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources as a convenience to users. Ingress does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your access to and use of linked third-party sites is subject to those sites' own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia for the resolution of any such dispute. This choice of forum does not limit Ingress's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Ingress reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Modifications become effective upon posting to the Site, as indicated by the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
